I hope u r right, but I have difficulty in sharing in your optimism. When I read the letter accompanying the SPP offer, the content reeked of desperation. I think it is naive to believe that just because the put together a SPP they have something up their sleeve. They r desperate. I would give it to you that they have tested and exhibited, etc, but all they had, financially, to show for all this is some scraps of 2-300000 USD for some testing contract for the Americans. And as they said: they have $ for the next 2/12 as a going concern.
