digity, that is bang on why i think this company is a no brainer.
risk has effectively gone, and assuming a $110-120 IO price over the next 5 yrs should yield annual profits of circa $5 billion. 30% payout ratio is $0.50c, or 8% on today's price.
can anyone fault this logic? I gather IO price will be ridiculed, but i have faith in its sustainability (outside of wars/GFC MKII/etc.)
