midyson after the work that max spedding put in to restructure the operational side of stp I would be looking for a much improved six months because max left no stone unturned and is known as one of the best in the field of waste management.
If the half yearly indicates very little improvement then vaseline needs to be applied to members of the board because they would certainly deserve shafting.
