They can issue 25% of stock as per one of the recent resolutions. No doubt for Adam this option will be take. I'm just wondering at what price. If it's higher than 10c, it will be the first time ever that this board will have increased a capital raising price over a prior raising.
They mentioned placement, so if your theory of a trade sale is correct, them those taking part in the placement could benefit immensely.
