Point taken Forged but please take note..The Dr has managed multi $ billion contracts before and was head of Citic in WA. I'm sure he is well versed with requirements for contractual work.
Maybe his wife will accept another deposit in lieu of financial if he gets work from Citic construction.
Also bear in mind ..if his contribution to a contract in Australia is solely equipment hire then no bond required.
