According to their company overview I received today Merril Lynch seriously consider THK as an acquistion by Devon Energy. Primarily to control the project and protect their proprietary technology. Devon is the largest non comventional gas producer in the world and is believed to have the best technology to develop shale gas.
Looks damn interesting THK has 12.5% interest with Devon and Metro in a huge area of the Caney/Woodford shales.
