    Cannot, and don't want to, imagine TOX making an EPS negative acquisition. Maybe in 5 years time with proven record....but not now. They are still turning their own business around. It would be foolish to bite off more than you can chew.

    They have enough assets to grown internally e.g. Upgrade of the front end retort system is suppose to improve throughput by 500%!
