All quite perplexing atm.
No half year results - can release after market close but why? Similarly, can't be any updated offer on table as stock would be in trading halt. Sure has me baffled:
- are they expecting an offer today and therefore delayed results?
- is there a battle between big shareholders and independents on dividend (and how that interrelates to a potential updated offer)?
- are they just late?
No answers but plenty of questions......
