Haha see pays to be conservative as these things never seem to surprise me on the upside. It's  gone the complete other way! Not even a dividend.... so if this deal  falls through does that mean we miss out on a half yrly dividend.

alot banking and pandering to this consortium that we arent even paying shareholders  their half yearly dividend. Wrath will be strong from retail holders if they come back with a low ball offer... or god help them 35c still.

I'd  imagine we'll  get another disappointing offer but tied in with alternatives i.e. pay you a low ball but an equity  position  in something  else.
