I'm a little confused. The quarterly was an 'activities report' without really a financial report. Normally in January we were getting an exploration report. The Board approved the Dagues purchase without shareholder approval, which though it seems they argued it wasn't necessary, when a company spends $200 million (1/2 the market cap) there is such a thing as goodwill towards the shareholders. I think Dan is missing some of the niceties of being in a senior position, and is letting us down.
