I reckon it's waiting for a "PLUTO PUP" to mature .... 2011 may be WPL's year to start trending up.
Technically, a weekly close above $45 may spur it on.
I agreee, the stronger AUD is having an adverse effect on dividend payouts but will future oil price rises more than offset this? That's the big question. Are we believers in "peak oil"? Dunno - there's so much conflicting info. 'out there' on that issue.
For me, the big reason to hold this one is to wait on PLUTO to add to WPL's bottom line - then we could be "cookin' with gas" (bad pun, Iknow)
