    I'm in similar situation as well n I'm Halifax NZ customer. We can't do anything other than closing positions (which I dont think we should do) until administrators complete their investigation. As per my discussion with a Halifax representative, this happened due to some compliance issue with their MT4/5 platform. If you guys are on TWS like me, we "should be" fine but no guarantees.
