At last - after 4 months of campaigning, the board is now how it should be, with Dr M, Mangelsdorf and Brooks gone. Kalland and Lonngren were elected with a huge majority of 164M to 6M each.

I heard that the late notice of the resignations was due Dr M trying to get a few large shareholders to change their votes right up until about noon today.
