Thanks @chairs for a fine summary. It saves me having to make sense of the notes I took for myself during the meeting.

I'd add that Dr. Craven did say that they intend to appoint more directors, and have already identified some potentials, but want to be sure that those they appoint are "in line with us." And they will be ensuring they get the right CEO, but aren't rushing into that with the deadline for Novo Nordisk to exercise their option being only weeks away.

I'd also add that many positive and encouraging things were said about CBio's scientific staff and their tremendous efforts and commitment, especially during these recent times of change. Words were being chosen very carefully. but I got the impression that efforts are being made to look after everyone carefully. There was a loud round of applause all round in sincere appreciation of the company's staff. As my Dad always said, any company IS its staff, and woe betide any company that forgets that!
