Hallelujah; Papa Christmas does make PIF appearance.

“On finalisation of the winding up of the Premium Income Fund,
Wellington Capital Limited as responsible entity of the Fund
will distribute a final capital return.”
“Final Distribution List” will make for an interesting reading.
In the meantime, I make another useless appeal on these pages.
Let’s select an appropriate Funeral March to send PIF off into a melodic afterlife.
We are spoiled for choices:
Perhaps the favourites; Handel's Dead March in Saul
Chopin's Marche funèbre;
2nd movt. of Beethoven's 3rd Sym. (Eroica).
Some other usual suspects: Mendelssohn's Song without Words No.28;
Siegfried's Funeral March from Wagner's Götterdämmerung;
Berlioz's Funeral March for the Last Scene of ‘Hamlet’.
This one’s really appropriate as one can imagine PIF’s last breaths expelled
into ARL’s and Wellington’s heaving bank accounts.
Perhaps some would like to jazz it up with Grieg's Funeral March for Nordraak.
Grieg won’t mind if we substitute the name with 'PIF'.
Funeric finality then is 'The Waiting’ for 3 distribution outcomes:
ARL’s with possibility of PIF members topping up ARL’s Festive Accountancy [FA],
FORTRESS’s settlement that is infected with the same forest cornucopia aka FA virus,
WELLINGTON’s Dgenny, the muse who inspired funeral marches due to be paraded for PIF.
And that’s all she wrote, folks
