To those talking up a capital raising I could not help but notice that you are not holding stock, you are obviously hopeful of a cap raising and therefore a bit biased to the bearish side.

The main idea is correct that you strike while the iron's are hot. however the share price is bullish and through a couple of very bearish days in the general market.

The cap raising will come ultimately as that is how any non producing explorer survives or through farm in which is really just a type of cap raising.

I am speculating that the EM is going very well and or the results from the PGM play are coming through.

Just my opinion on reading tea leaves. I hold RDS from 16.5 cents.
