Yeah, there are a couple of people on the Datamorph "commission" payroll as per Khairuls affidavit, including Ken's wife, and a couple of others who mysteriously are also directors of Piminik....
But Datamorph still does do legitimate work, it's not just a shell company or anything like that.
Lot of tax dodges done by IOU, which, I mean, realistically, is in the interest of investors. I believe there are incentives in MY for new tech startups?
