Issue 1 on the last comment. Jacka simply cant get 90mil full stop. That's a sum for a large cap that wants a holiday.

Here's my view
They are sitting on something special
They got told by partners it's gonna cost more
They got told put up or youre out
They needed to move fast
They chose to raise out of desperation that they will lose the bigger prize

Why is it that everyone puts their self interest ahead of simple psychology. And for Christ sake I count for s living lol.......
