    my appologies, my understanding was that this company was based in the US and listed on both the asx and nyse...

    based in christchurch, NZ
    listed on the asx alone

    money is coming from somewhere, not 100% sure where now...

    IPO offer was at 40c, so maybe some of the initial backers have deep pockets and are driving this thing?
