The sell orders are there just in case for most, and for traders just wanting a certain profit, irrespective of what the news is - very transactional for them
When the news comes out, those of thr two mentioned above will keep their orders there, those that like the news will pull them, and those that are excited and want in, will pile buy orders in
it's all good
