    Market has been punishing capital raisings to sure up the balance sheet (or even talk of it - IPL) - other than bradken which was to fund a strategic acquisition. I agree that LEI is cheap but it is a roullet wheel at the moment. Lets hope that like Bradken, there is some positive news attached to the capital raising.
