re: halted - takeover bid ann if their bid is successful it won't mean a whole lot in terms of sp change I wouldn't think, but I'm fairly sure that with QRS under one roof it is a whole lot easier to negotiate any deals in the pipeline - and speaking of deals, that's exactly what QRS needs to get on with. Takeover or no takeover, this stock is not going anywhere it seems to me, just a lot of paper shuffling.... time as always will tell
