Been referred to ASIC who are not known to be speedy , as another poster stated, i also have never seen a listed company referred to them ( in 35 yrs plus on market ) , go out on a limb but if finding untoward it will be permanent , finding of minor infringes , maybe fine and move on , related party non disclosures complex

Colud be 3 months min but in the hands of ASIC and out of ASX realm you need a crystal ball.
