So what is the point of your post? Your sentement is sell. Who can sell? Do you have inside knowledge on the workings of ASIC? Do you know what specifically ASIC are looking into? Is ASIC a government agency with greater powers than the ASX? Is one of their purposes to protect consumers and investors? Do ASIC have the power to seize documents, computers, files and look into phone records? Did BIG experience external influences and manipulation of it's share price? Did a false market condition exist? Lots of questions to be answered. Who are you to to make your blanket judgement? You should think befor you post!
