Hamas has an explicit and honest charter founded on
a) basic human rights and
b) principles of equality and
c) justice for Palestinian victims of the European colonial project.
Israel has deliberately never had a constitution, a practice which is based on the fact that if it did have one the absence of any reference to racial / ethnic equality would stand out like the proverbial!
