Ok ................... the word "Govern" is too literal for you ..................... I meant CONTROL. The People that control Europe.

And the People that control Europe do it via the Politicians.

Everybody knows, other than you it would seem, that the Politicians are bought off and tug their forelock to the People behind the scenes.
