He was actually a Politician ie Elected by the Palestinians to negotiate a Peace Settlement.
He wasn't the Leader of the Hamas Militants aka Israel's creation.
You should spend some time reading up on the history of these things.
By the way, the USA has been in over 100 Incursions and Wars since WW2 and not one of them as been sanctioned by their Congress.
The US Military is basically a Rogue State and I'm sure some of their Generals don't have to wait to die before they are given a few Virgins ............... mainly young ones and probably little boys and not so often little girls.
