You obviously don't realise that there's effectively a war raging in many parts of what you call "the West Bank", where Palestinian Hamas operatives are either planning or carrying-out terrorist acts and the Israelis are working to prevent such acts and eliminate the bad boys.....in such circumstances, accidents happen.
