Good question speculator. Palestinians have been under stress for so long they are dangerous to be around. They can plot against countries who give them sanctuary. Jordan's King Hussein forced them out of Jordan, and his wife was Palestinian. He saw the danger in time. The Lebanese didn't. Short answer is the surrounding countries dislike the Palestinians.
