G'day RT, I sat in on some of the case and I heard what I heard. Brighter minds than mine have been employed arguing over it for a great deal of time and it's taking a high court judge months to work it out, so maybe there's some truth on both sides. There's a few bucks resting on the decision... as an aside I note the NZD is at a 2 year low. If it stays that way it'll go some way to paying for the lawyers at least.
