Cheers Viney. Its possible Hamish is being consistent. In the 2014 article he is quoted as saying "...theres no production activity scheduled beyond construction phase"... then " No royalties or financial obligations linked to shipments of export coal will fall due in the foreseeable future". I have no insight into what he said in court in 2018 court statement. However, am i right in thinking that at some stage after the article was published, BRL then went beyond the construction phase and actually mined coal, and sold it domestically - at a volume that triggered L&M to demand payments they considered due? BRL may've sold the coal domestically but they bought the resource as export coal - in which case they sold "export coal".
