as we have seen...it can change very quickly. tend to agree with the view that there is an overhang of the previous CR which will take some time to clear if we get some trade around the 17 level for a sustained period. I think there are a lot on non-believers around about the european situation too and some are looking at this recent blip higher as a way to square up again. IMO
