Regardless, for me transport and franchise sector lending is just highly risky.
For transport, they are competing against likes of Toll, Linfox and other well-known overseas companies that have the complete logistics, warehousing and supply solutions.
For franchisees, these people work their butt off 7 days and late night trading hours for very little return or no return for some.
