probably 90% startup on ASX has loan or convert note facility with interest north of 10%, AXL's new warehouse rate is 4.95% ...
does small bank lend 4% mortgage with 90% LVR make more money than AXL lend out 10-15% rate cost them 7%?
Afterpay and Z1P's money cost wouldnt be too far away from 7%, and Z1P's bad debt is probably similiar to AXL, but 3 times market cap
