This company seems to be competing heavily in the subcontractor management and compliance space. Very well funded and making a lot of sales and a much shorter time frame. The large scale contractor sector is heavily consolidated in Australia - not very many large contractors that need a Felix / Hammertech kind of solution.
How is Felix going to compete against this kind of capital funding in a small market? They need to expand their market to offshore - but don't have the funding to do so.
