Good chef bad chef tofu mousse:
In a processor mix the following until smooth:
300 gm firm tofu.
½ punnet fresh blueberries.
½ punnet fresh strawberries.
1 cup natural soy yoghurt.
1 or 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
A splash of rum.
A splash vanilla.
Add water if required.
Dish up into glass or bowls.
Serve immediately or allow to set in fridge.
