So how does this apply to oil exploration. Does every find have to be immediately produced. I believe oil/gas discoveries are given a different title which allows them to bring it into production when the market dictates. Better to raise the taxes on deposits than let little fleas make a sting which will end up in a Bahamas bank account. We do not wish to go down the Russian track.
