Agree what your saying. However the more shares that Gina can get now at 4.2 cents the likely higher the price she will be prepared to pay the last people especially if she is close to 50%. The people that are brave and stay till her takeover is completed or she realizes she can't get more and a JV is announced they are the ones that will really see the higher the price. Quite possible the she gets less than 5% at the current offer and raises the bid shortly to hopefully for her grab a bigger % of the company. Twiggy will be last to sell if he ever does and he and the last holders will get the bigger offers but potentially still more valuable to hold the shares and recognize the true value of AGO.
