The buyers are people who saw a potential for a better offer and knew if they bought at 4.3c they risked losing 0.1c or about 2.5% if there is no better offer but if a better offer came in they stood to make probably 10% (assuming another half a cent) . A fairly calculated play if you think a better offer or even better a bidding war is likely
