AGO isn't a large part of my portfolio however it is certainly the most exciting. Two large shareholder vying for control however it is unlikely that either will achieve their goals unless one folds or they come to an agreement. The upside could be great if a JV in struck and Atlas keeps it's identity and gets access to rail however there seems to be little downside now unless both players pull out and let Atlas die (unlikely).

I suppose it depends how much of your investments you have in the game. As I said above, I have limited exposure and so I am happy to let this saga run it's course. I can see a mini series in the future.
