Is the story correct about export tariffs on Chinese rock phosphate rising 135%? I suspect it is an old story, as I can't find any evidence to back it up. Yes, they are cutting the import tariff on DAP (only a little? to meet WTO rules). The 135% export tariff figure perhaps comes from this story:

which of course is dated 14 04 2008 (just when the phosphate price was rocketing - maybe that story was the cause of the phosphate price rocketing?). That analyst has got it all wrong then on Krucible? Or have I?
