Hear, Hear may peace prevail.

In the current scenario Mr Warris has two choices, to stay with the status quo or distance himself. If he takes the first option the the fall out after the vote could leave him in no mans land.

Both Joyce and MacDonald would not like " removed from office by shareholders majority vote " on their resume's.

Remember that MacDonld entered at a very hostile time!
Joyce has been there from year dot.

These two are now in hard ball country and each must search there heart and mind as to their futures!

My hope is peace prevails and each one of the three makes the right decision not only for themselves but for all concerned.
