I don't recall an announcement made 18 months ago about a deal, 18 weeks ago was the Resource magazine article where it is mentioned. Then in the July quarterly, but 18 months ago?? If that is the case..... We the shareholders who weren't or privy would like fare compensation. HOWEVER, if this is so, then the Board at the time should have been voted out - no dilution made and that's it.
