    I'm guessing that the 12 million trade this morning was the noteholder finding a buyer for the last of the shares for the final conversion on the 19th. Up until yesterday there had been about 23 million shares traded since the conversion. Assuming a fair chunk of those would have been the noteholder drip feeding the market, I'm hoping that that may be the last we will see of those, and we can move up convincingly from here. (All speculation obviously).

    As to the buyer, it would be nice to see another big player stepping up, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Ptolemy come out with a change in substantial holding notice in the next few days
