They delisted with the stated intention of floating a new company (and presumably carrying our shares across on a 1 for 1 basis) but I never seriously believed it would happen and they proved me right.
Got the HDI annual report a few days ago in the mail and haven't even been bothered looking at it.
They had the nerve to send me an "investment opportunity" promising 80% returns in 2 years from "to be mined coal." Sounds VERY dodgy with multiple ways for them to get out of paying up.
They issued us shares in HDI as holders of CES, suspended HDI before we could trade them, delisted HDI and have given nothing but excuses along the way. Now they want me to give them money! I don't think so.....
