It is unfortunate that you have missed out on the offer due to the speed of delivery however, there is one thing that does need to be factored in which MXC has no control over.
Australia post recently changed their delivery methods that significantly slows down standard postage speeds which, unfortunately means we have to keep atop of these things.
My best recommendation would be to ensure your email address is updated with ComputerShare and (if applicable) set up alerts with commsec or Google alerts for the company to have up to date information.
