That is good Rak - I also like to thank them for calling and ask if they can hold on for a moment while I finash another call - inevitably they say yes.
I put the phone down, perhaps next to the radio, TV or similar and just leave it.
Most hang up in less than ten minutes but have never yet called back!!
I have gone from 4 or 5 calls a week to less than 1 !!
