now the SP is hovering at around 50c.
with the sea struct deal about to finalise, and 30% of the $17m (if still the agreed price) to be issued as NMS scrip, those will no doubt be issued at 50c - or even lower.
this has been an ongoing 'dilution issue' for us long term holders, and as always, is lange can deliver, he'll get away with it.
