that's what I'm thinking. It seemed as though much of the capital had been allocated. $130m isn't a lot considering APT raised $1bill with a semi established network.
The last time zip went for a cap raise AFR picked up this somehow early via their channels and the price dipped presenting a great buying opportunity.
