Yes I was suggesting that potentially there is something untoward happening in terms of who gets the placement shares. This isn't a surprise however, it wouldn't be the first time indirect favouritism was played out.
This is far from a negative however because what it does indicate is that there is some interest in the company, enough to want to invest up to $7mill. So reading between te lines you'd expect that there is something of value in them hills.
This can also explain weakness in the shareprice as the demand that would normally affect the value of the stock is moving into the placement.
After issue of this placement, the marketcap of EXM is heading towards $50mill. Good results will be needed to warrant this marketcap and allow for further rises.
The time it appears is near for a movement one way or another.
